Experis – Account Co-ordinator/ Recruitment Administrator – Bristol

*As an Account Coordinator / Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator at Experis, you will be responsible for liaising with the Account Management and Recruitment Teams to ensure delivery activity is tracked, monitored and correctly administered for our clients including CV preparation, candidate submission, interview coordination, offer negotiation and on-boarding.
*You will work closely with the Client and Experis teams to ensure that all new employees have the required paperwork and security checks in place prior to commencing employment including references.
*You will compile induction packs for new employees and take them through the induction process, and keep the in-house database updated with all activity ensuring that all information required for monthly, quarterly and annual reviews is correct and available for Senior Management.
*Charismatic and hardworking individual who strives for perfection.
*A-Level or degree level qualified OR have the equivalent office experience
*Experience in a customer focused role or dealing with internal and external stakeholders is a plus.
*Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Outlook and other MS Office applications.
*Strong communication skills and the ability to project professionalism and personality both over the phone and face to face are a must.
