Experis are managing a mature and successful MSP with Babcock for all their UK permanent vacancies and have an extensive and established team delivering into this.
Experis have a requirement for an experienced onsite representative to manage recruitment process and relationships for all vacancies released within designated business areas.
This is a role with a strong focus on stakeholder management and the building and maintaining of relationships across the Babcock hiring community and HR. Delivering a consultative approach to client management and ultimately delivering against the recruitment demand are the primary objectives.
Experis is looking for a professional, methodical and proactive individual with a positive outlook. A delivery function already exists based predominantly in Experis Bristol which this role will have to work very closely with as well as all our additional supply chain partners.
*Regular contact and meetings with line managers and project teams to gain information about demand, new business and to promote the Experis service
*Effectively handles concerns/objections
*To build strong relationships with key stakeholders to raise the visibility of the Recruitment programme
*Provide guidance to Hiring Managers in relation to the most appropriate sourcing strategies
*To work with hiring managers to formulate a recruitment plan for all vacancies released to ensure a strong candidate pipeline can be provided for each vacancy.
*To be responsible for any corrective action plans and work closely with the recruitment teams and hiring managers to agree corrective strategies for difficult to fill roles
*To work with closely with their business areas to build strong relationships with key stakeholders so that they are able to offer advice and support around recruitment plans, market trends, forecasting, potential cost savings and recruitment best practice
*To provide regular reports and market information as required
*Ensure there are effective processes within the Business unit to provide CV and interview feedback to candidates and managers.
*To review all external recruitment with the hiring manager once completed.
*To work to ensure that they all Programme KPIs and account targets across contract recruitment are met..
*To work closely with the delivery team to ensure all delivery SLAs are met – CV submission, organising of interviews, offers.
This position would suit someone from an Account Management/ Recruitment background that has either worked onsite before or understands recruitment from a managed service perspective.
*Demonstrable track record as a Recruitment Consultant/Account Manager.
*Ideally experience in Engineering, Defence, MOD, Technical markets
*Strong account management track record for complex, large scale clients highly desirable.
*Prior experience in an on-site environment would be highly advantageous or ability to demonstrate awareness of demands of this type of environment especially for the on-site interviews with the client.
