Applicant Tracking & Systems Manager

We are looking to appoint an Applicant Tracking & Systems Manager to support the design, configure, test and deploy various systems solutions for Manpower’s internal and external clients using Manpower’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ROMA and Automated Compliance System, ARC.
The role will be critical in support of the ongoing deployment of technology enhanced solutions and interface between a number of stakeholders including the Implementation Lead, Clients, Sales and Bid Teams.
Key Accountabilities- Overview
*Design, build and test’ customer solutions on Manpower’s ATS and Compliance systems (ROMA and ARC), driven by the wider portfolio of Manpower and Manpower Group Solutions accounts
*Provide client interface/application support on a case by case basis as (pre-determined at point of contract)
*Act as subject matter expert and provide guidance to the Manpower business as required
*Provide training and support, including live demonstrations of the ATS and ARC capability to stakeholders and clients
*Manage the portfolio of ‘live’ solutions using established project management practices
*Work with all relevant partners to proactively drive improvements to our shared systems
*To assist with testing of various new tools and troubleshooting / defect fixing of any existing tools as and when required using root cause analysis
*Demonstrable experience building system based customer solutions on an ATS platform i.e. Taleo, SuccessFactors
*Demonstrable commercial / business acumen with the ability to present technical concepts in a confident and articulate manner tailored to their audience
*Attention to Detail, strong communication and Microsoft Excel skills
*An understanding of volume recruitment processes is desirable but not essential
*Ability to communicate effectively with all levels and functions
*Proactive, analytical approach to problem solving and the ability to see a project through from inception to completion
*An understanding of project management principles and their application to back office projects
*Ability to effectively operate as part of a team or as an individual as required
*Ability to influence change to drive operational performance and efficiency
