Are you an experienced Business Development (Sales) Consultant, with an interest in all aspects of Talent Management?
Right Management, part of Manpower Group, is seeking a Business Development Consultant to sell all our solutions to existing clients, with a territory covering London and the South East.

You will be responsible for driving business growth within a defined business account allocation and where required geographical territory to a targeted sales revenue and profitability level for each of Right Management’s solutions. You will focus sales efforts on all business areas – Career Management, Career Management Consulting, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Strategic Workforce Consulting.
The BDC consistently demonstrates business and commercial savvy, a deep understanding of talent management and strategic workforce challenges, and a profound understanding of the application of Right Management solutions i.e. how solutions are used in practice to overcome workforce and talent challenges. This includes bid preparation and client presentations, through to management of project delivery and issue resolution. You also need to engage with clients and colleagues in planning and strategy for future solutions.
You will be expected to cross-sell Manpower Group products and services to clients, so you will need to demonstrate your experience of solution sales and account management. The role will involve travel to your client sites and regional offices, so you will need a full clean driving licence.
