The Ministry of Defence and Right Management work together as the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) delivering comprehensive outplacement support to people leaving HM Forces.
The Client Services Advisor (CSA) is a key client facing position within the CTP organisation. Working from the Resettlement Centre Rosyth you will be the first point of contact for our many clients, supporting our regional and national initiatives whilst offering high quality customer service.
You will advise clients in their vocational training and job search efforts by providing up to date information, advice and guidance, giving presentations and facilitating workshops.
You will be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint, and experienced in using databases and web-based management systems.
You will hold or be willing to work towards an NVQ Level 3 in Advice & Guidance with the expectation that you will be in possession of this within 12 months of commencement of the role.

Assessment Centre will be held on Monday 20th August at the Resettlement Centre, Rosyth.
