The Ministry of Defence and Right Management work together as the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) delivering comprehensive outplacement support to people leaving HM Forces.
The Client Services Advisor (CSA) is a key client facing position within the CTP organisation, working at the Aldergrove Resettlement Centre. You will be the first point of contact for our many clients, supporting our regional and national initiatives whilst offering high quality customer service.
You will actively market the CTP resettlement provision to clients who have registered with CTP but as yet have not undertaken the service.
You will be responsible for the provision of the Employment Support Programme (ESP) to eligible clients. This will include managing a caseload of clients who have served for 4-6 years and providing one-to-one advice and career guidance, CV review and facilitation of one day workshops.
You will support clients in their vocational training and job search efforts by providing up to date information and advice, giving presentations, providing website guidance.
You will be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint, and experienced in using databases and web-based management systems
You will hold or be willing to work towards an NVQ Level 3 in Advice & Guidance and NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration.
