Support the Account team in developing client relationship to ensure compliance, optimise candidate flow and enhance efficiency across the account.
Responsible forContinuous improvement of the quality of the service to our clients, managing non-compliance issues across the team.
Accountable forEnsuring team compliance to process to achieve 100% against contracted SLAs/KPIs (including audit compliance, day one compliance, team process/refresher training, report production, client development indicators and fulfilment etc)

Experience
Relevant compliance/audit experience gained within a large, multi team oprating model within a service industry, outsourced solution or logistics environment. Knowledge of how an end to end RPO model functions.
2+ years relevant experience
Tasks
Manage day to day CORE BCS delivery into account team
Partner with RDCs, RDMs and OMs to ensure 100% compliance of all offered candidates
Action OB governance for internal and external candidates to ensure completion
Support the Audit process as directed by the Business Assurance and Compliance Manager

Process
Capture issues and errors and provide process refresher training as required to the appropriate team members. Monitor impact of refresher training and provide feedback to RDMs and Team Leaders to manage non-compliance accordingly.
Assist with process improvement initiatives
Cascade/communicate process changes
Provide training for RDM, RDCs, Source and Screen, HR Admin, Admin teams and conduct fresher training on an ongoing basis as need identified (including supporting the on-boarding of new starters in the team)
Attend weekly process improvement meetings with client
Support the technology improvement workstream

Supply Chain Management
Support the supplier performance review process

Responding to Data Subject Access Requests
Meetings with LC&T (e.g. requests, process changes, communications, investigations/escalations etc.)
Meetings with OM (e.g. requests, process changes, communications, investigations/escalations etc.)
Meetings with Contact Centre (e.g. requests, process changes, communications, investigations/escalations etc.)
Meetings with PRE (e.g. requests, process changes, communications, investigations/escalations etc.)
Meetings with PwC (e.g. requests, process changes, communications, investigations/escalations etc.)
Meetings with Business Protection (e.g. requests, process changes, communications, investigations/escalations etc.)
Updating & maintaining RDT areas on JLR sharepoint
Updating & maintaining RDT New Team Drive

Visa process
Managed by RDCs – in partnership with PwC
Cascade/communication of visa restrictions

Onsite presence in Whitley with HR Direct sponsors & internal HR teams
Phone response required in Whitley (e.g. contact centre style query answering)”
