The Manpower Contract & HR Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the HR function to NCR for Manpower employees assigned to the Client contracts. Acting as the first point of escalation for client managers and employees. The Contract & HR Manager is responsible for ensuring all client and employee needs are met, and all contractual SLAs are achieved.
In addition to the full HR task range which includes recruitment, organising training, career development, appraisals, disciplinary hearings and providing management information, the role Contract & HRM will use highly developed client relationship management skills in order to act as an integral member of the Clients management team and deliver against tactical and strategic objectives.
The Contract & HRM will contribute towards increases in the clients key success criteria by ensuring best practice personnel processes, practice and relationships are in place to drive performance excellence through the staff.
To achieve agreed budget and G.P targets through business development, fulfilment of orders and effective management of staff , Payroll , Billing and to fulfil contract goals and KRA’s
Work closely with client to deliver contract innovation and cost initiatives to benefit both client and contract.
Experience in recruitment and general Contract/HR management
Excellent communication skills, articulate orally and in writing, approachable & friendly
Professional outlook and personal presentation, able to interface confidentially at all levels.
Self-motivated, well organised, works well independently and as a member of the management team.
