The Director of Transformation is a senior leadership role and will be accountable for successfully executing significant technology based transformation in our key global markets, working closely with external reputed IT vendors. This is a significant senior management opportunity to influence the global transformation journey of a Fortune 200 company.

The role is to manage and be accountable for the entire process of transition, transformation and operations of a project spanning across several countries. The role is accountable for realising significant operational efficiencies and enhanced service levels for each of the engagements.

The role would involve significant engagement with 3rd party vendors to execute large scale change.

In addition, the incumbent could be asked to lead European IT initiatives and projects, as also provide oversight for digital and analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities

Influence various stakeholder of the potential of business transformation and align them to organisational direction.

Ensure realisation of pre-agreed operational efficiencies.

Accountable for ensuring long term improvement in service levels and technology capabilities

Program manages a portfolio of change projects, at a macro and micro level, against stringent timelines to deliver high quality technology oriented business outcomes.

*Strong communication and listening skills, a thorough approach to complex problem solving, and a high motivation towards setting goals and delivering time sensitive results
*Demonstrated experience in working with large IT vendors operating on a global delivery model
*Self-starter, able to work on own initiative, reporting to corporate technology leadership
*Technology thought leader and digital subject matter expert
*Entrepreneurial person; likes building business
*Ability to provide both oversight and have detailed understanding of the process.
*Ability to work collaboratively with multiple sites and locations and regions and influencing outcomes through others

Global Information Systems is the corporate technology team responsible for all information technology functions, including security, infrastructure and applications across the global foot print cross cultural sensitivity
