Are you an experienced HR Administrator, with a proven background in complex on-boarding and contract management, preferably in an in-house recruitment/HR role?
ManpowerGroup Solutions RPO division of Manpower Group are seeking HR Administrators to join our fast-paced, dynamic new team supporting volume permanent recruitment for our large prestigious automotive client, based in our office in Solihull.
This position provides day-to-day Recruitment contract and onboarding support to an RPO client. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy, while providing excellent customer service and building solid working relationships with the RPO team and client in order to effectively manage all matters independently.
*Working closely with the Recruitment teams to ensure contract timescales are met
*Utilising the contract decision tools to develop and accurately build written contracts to send to a candidate
*Utilising the Success Factors system effectively
*Ensuring all documents sent out are 100% accurate
*Completion of the post hire verification (PHV) document for new starters
*Ensure the PHV accurately reflects the required fields on SAP
*Liaising with Recruitment Delivery Consultants on client sites when required
You will need to have relevant HR or recruitment contract administration experience, particularly working with in-house recruitment teams. Your Microsoft Office/Excel skills will be excellent, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in dealing with complex data/information. Previous experience in working with data protection protocols is also required.
