This is a Remote based role with occasional travel required to client sites.

Recruitment will be predominantly UK roles with some support required for EMEA.

This is a full 360 RPO, from intake calls through to offer & contract stage and includes: compiling a sourcing strategy for Hiring Managers, sourcing candidates, maintaining and building candidate talent pools, weekly update calls with Hiring Managers, weekly team call, weekly call with EMEA HR Business Partners, scheduling interviews, administering psychometric tests, presenting verbal offers, working with HR to compile employment contracts and written offers.
Vacancies are all permanent and include technical helpdesk, sales, marketing, logistics, legal, research & development, engineering, HR up to and including Director level
Passive sourcing & headhunting will be required
Full training and support will be provided

This is an autonomous role where the candidate will be expected to manage their own diary and work flexibly across different time zones, however, contracted hours will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Key skills

In-house or RPO experience
ATS experience essential
Consultative client, stakeholder and C-Suite level engagement skills
Technical recruitment expertise (or prior career in the fields of..) IT and Telecoms
Must have excellent English written & spoken skills
Flexibility to travel to client sites in UK occasionally
Be willing to support other RPO projects as and when required for cover or to meet business needs
