Working as part of the London based IT Team you will be providing technical support to our business. Our systems are primarily Windows / Intel based Servers and PCs so knowledge of these is essential.
The role will report into the Head of IT and will include the following responsibilities:
*Providing first and second line support for both hardware and software problems.
*Administration of Active Directory, Exchange and SQL.
*Build, upgrade and repair desktops, laptops and servers.
*Write and maintain documentation for both internal IT processes and support guides for non-IT members of staff.
*Provide assistance to development team for bespoke database and web applications.
*Installation and upgrade of network equipment.
