Onboarding Administrator

£16500 + Bonus


The main responsibility of the role is supporting the recruitment team and the sites with the onboarding of our contract staff. This involves checking that all new contractors are fully compliant with requirements for the role. Dealing with customer escalations is also a key part of the job.

Duties Include:

  • Checking documents for compliance and onboarding
  • Managing the renewal of documents to ensure that we stay compliant
  • Responding to customer escalations in a professional and timely manner
  • Use of various computerised systems (both in-house and external)
  • Creating and maintaining filing systems
  • Dealing with general email and telephone enquiries
  • Liaising with colleagues across all levels of the business
  • Responding to all claims and queries both verbal and written communication

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Outgoing personality and a ‘Can do’ attitude
  • Organised and able to manage your time effectively
  • Adaptable and flexible in times of change
  • Attention to detail (compliant with identification documents & right to work, training will be provided)
  • IT Literate (Microsoft Word/ Outlook/ Excel)
