Manpower-Onsite Account Consultant- Dundee
Manpower has an excellent opportunity for an on-site Account Contract Consultant to join an operation working for our prestigious telecommunications strategic client based in Dundee.
Reporting into the Contract Manager, you will be required to deliver excellent and effective operational management of contract staff on site. You will need to have outstanding organisation skills and a proven ability to deliver to tight deadlines ensuring that all work is conducted in accordance with the company’s values and standards. Knowledge of the contact centre industry is highly desirable coupled with a pro-active and resilient approach and proven experience in Disciplinary & Grievance management.

*Responsible for informal and formal Manpower employee meetings, relating to attendance management and performance management.
*Establishing and maintaining excellent client relationships at all levels.
*Attending weekly client meetings.
*Deal with all HR requirements along with a pro-active approach to conducting forums/huddles as and when required.
*Promoting reward and recognition initiatives within client’s premises.
*Taking sickness calls, responding to payroll queries and dealing with general HR requirements.
*Tracking when one to one reviews are due to be completed.
*Responsible for organising training classes, including daily one to one reviews with the Trainers and weekly one to one reviews with Manpower employee, dealing with any HR requirements in a timely manner.
*Ensure the accurate maintenance of Manpower employee information.
*Updating and maintaining accurate information on the Automated System
*Actively gaining feedback from clients and Manpower employees on the service they receive from Manpower in line with the company’s quality standards and taking corrective action as necessary.
*Ensure all activity complies with company policies, procedures, legislative and regulatory requirements, including Health and Safety Regulations and employment legislation.
*Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with Manpower’s vision and values.
*Other ad-hoc duties and project work as required
