Onsite Account Manager / Delivery Consultant
At ManpowerGroup Solutions we have an exciting opportunity for an Onsite Account Manager / Delivery Consultant for one of the largest energy companies in Europe based in London.

The work of our Onsite Account Manager/ Delivery Consultant is critical to supporting the business, line managers and employees in all things HR. This unique and exciting opportunity will give you great insight to the role each function in providing an exceptional service to the business.
You will be exposed to the importance of data, how reports are generated, what they look like, what we do with them and how we make decisions based on this data when you spend time with the Reporting team.
Be a subject matter expert within your sector for recruitment. Understanding your customer needs, key deliverables and annual resource plan for your business area is essential in achieving this.
Driving service delivery in line with the strategic recruitment goals, with particular focus on ensuring SLAs are met.
Providing best practice recommendations on attraction strategies and work with the off-site team to implement.
Ensuring your client group are aware of all processes and working with the Recruitment Delivery team to ensure a good quality pipeline is provided to the client.
As the main point of contact for your business area, you will work closely with the HR team to ensure any issues are resolved swiftly and effectively, identifying the root cause and implementing action plans to prevent future replications.
Meeting personal targets for recruitment SLAs including time to hire, client satisfaction and maintaining a source mix in line with client SLAs.
What will you need to succeed in this role?
A strong background within recruitment delivery in a client facing environment
You’ll have great stakeholder management skills and will have worked alongside sourcing and other support teams
You’ll be target driven, with a focus on delivering excellent service.
Highly organised, able to effectively manage your time and work consistently to achieve deadlines.
Excellent written, verbal and face to face communication skills.
What we are looking for:
Professional verbal and written communication; diagnostic and analytical skills with the ability to listen actively, ask probing questions and analyse underlying requirements; apply sound judgement with confidence.
Excellent attention to detail and passion for accuracy; “right first time” mentality.
Willingness to own tasks and the resilience to work through issues to conclusion, maintaining motivation; natural desire to streamline processes.
Proven organisational skills, ability to work under pressure and manage multiple incoming activities and tasks through various channels; ability to define individual priorities and manage workload.
This is not a typical Delivery consultant position – would be suited for someone who comes from also a HR background.
