Onsite Recruitment Account Manager
The purpose of this role is to gain competitive advantage by building strong relationships with line managers as well as the client’s recruitment team.
This role will be working with onsite with our client, who operate within gaming and betting, where we currently have around 90 contractors who work in IT, through Experis. This is a well varied role, where you will be responsible for managing current contract vacancies, contract extensions and managing and administering the clients VMS system. This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience of recruitment, who is looking for a step up in their career, away from sourcing.
*Pro-actively build strong relationship with line managers and recruitment team in order to obtain requirements and information for demand planning and talent pooling and other Experis services/opportunities.
*Networking the client and contractor population to obtain potential information that will lead to new business.
*Take ownership of specific client business units and/or client customer accounts
*Ensure regular client meetings in place as appropriate and supporting management information and market intelligence implemented per account/business unit.
*To build strong relationships with key stakeholders across their business areas, working from a variety of client sites to raise the visibility of the Recruitment Team through regular hiring manager meetings.
*To work with closely with Client’s business areas to build strong relationships with key stakeholders so that they are able to offer advice and support around workforce planning, market trends, forecasting, potential cost savings and recruitment best practice.
*To work with Experis supporting teams (eg marketing) to produce reports and market information relevant to the client stakeholders and / or hiring managers.
*Manage and Administer clients VMS System
*Arrange monthly new starter social meetings with all new contractors to maximise referral and networking opportunities.
*Maintaining a stakeholder map ensuring all relevant decision makers or line managers are met on a by-weekly, monthly and quarterly basis when possible.
*Create and update Account Management plans. Present these regularly to senior management and present your client understanding quarterly Spot new sales opportunities for Experis to sell wider range of products/services.
*Plans strategy & tactics before calling/meeting a client to maximise opportunity & achieve desired outcome.
*Effectively handles concerns/objections & knows when to close deals.
*Uses networks skills to create/develop opportunities.
*Adhere to clients’ recruitment processes in accordance with the Service Level Agreements.
*Adhere to all contractual obligations such as Key Performance Indicators, vetting checks etc.
*Ensure all client and contractor documentations are accurate and free of any error.
*Maintaining Client and Applicant records to the standards laid down by the Employment Agencies Act, the Quality Management System and the Experis Client and Contractor administration process.
*Demonstrable track record in contract recruitment.
*Experience of conducting on site meetings with clients.
*Experience of managing client situations.
*Ability to self-source.
