ManpowerGroup are a world leader in delivering workforce solutions and have delivered double digit growth within its Solutions (MSP & RPO) business for the past 5 years. TAPFIN EMEA delivered excellent results in 2017 and won significant new business and is now seeking an Operations Director to take ownership of our multi country Account Management approach, and drive innovative workforce management models within our multi country programmes. The Operations Director will report directly into the EMEA VP for TAPFIN.
The Operational Management of TAPFIN’s regional programmes in EMEA
Ensure country, regional and global resources are aligned within TAPFIN to meet the needs of multi county programmes
Work with countries, regional and global resources to deliver TAPFIN’s Regional client P&L target
Work with internal and external SME’s to ensure programmes meet individual country legislative and tax rules
Work with internal and external SME’s to Ensure TAPFIN EMEA operations are optimising the way we work with technology and available tools to improve productivity and the user experience
Leverage the data and analytics generated within programmes to improve the operational performance of programmes and provide insights to clients
Drive forward new initiatives across programmes which improve Group profitability and the client experience
Who are we looking for
The role location can be based anywhere within Europe, you will be able to travel extensively across Europe to work with key stakeholders in country programme teams and TAPFIN’s shared service centre located in Prague.
You will have significant experience managing complex Managed Service Programmes for blue chip organisations.
Experience of working within a large and complex organisation and be able to identify and effectively mobilise, manage and motivate resources and support across functions which are not necessarily directly accountable to you.
Experience in Implementing and operating programmes including the deployment of VMS systems, setting up an effective supply chain, communications strategies and effective reporting.
Be familiar with European Programmes recognising the importance of understanding and respecting different countries legislation and cultures.
Have significant experience in change management
An effective communicator at all levels and quickly installs confidence in your experience and authority as an expert
Highly resilient, tenacious, with a curious and sharp mind
Speak fluent English and preferably at least one other European Language.
