TAPFIN has identified the need for a Programme Administrator to support the operational process and delivery of TAPFIN managed service solutions to our clients. The Programme Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Programme Manager and Professionals to deliver a service driven culture.

The role is full time position based in the centre of Southampton (SO15) and is offered on a permanent basis, paying a competitive salary incl + benefits.

Key Responsibilities

First Line Support
Offer timely 1st line support for all queries

Data Management
Responsible for correct data in tool
Update all changes in a timely manner to ensure inclusion in next invoice run Manage error logs in timely manner to ensure errors do not affect recruitment or invoice run
Attend weekly meetings to discuss issues
Able to run adhoc reports as and when required

Manage offers for pre identified candidates; working closely with Assignment Managers, contingent workers and pay roll provider to ensure a smooth on-boarding process.
Coordinate new starters working with Program Office, Payroll Providers and Suppliers
Coordinate suppliers on a day to day basis ensuring process and documentation is being adhered to, escalating any issues to Programme Manager
Attend weekly meetings with pay roll providers to ensure no starter issues

Manage day to day workloads to ensure SLAs are met
Collate information for Performance Issues
Adding contingent workers to appropriate systems

Key skills and experience

*Experience of working within a recruitment environment preferred
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey messages in a clear, concise and constructive manner
*High level of accuracy and attention to detail
*Advanced use of Microsoft Office, including Excel
*Works effectively and collaboratively in a team environment
*Exceptionally strong relationship and influencing skills
*Plans ahead & organises both self and others effectively
*Manages priorities to achieve deadlines (internal and external)
