TAPFIN – Programme Professional

The TAPFIN Programme Professional will be responsible for supporting in the day-to-day operations of an onsite programme, managing recruitment on behalf on the client. The ideal candidate is detail orientated, organised, driven, self-reliant, as well as customer and solutions focused, they have MSP or recruiting experience, and are interested in working for a fantastic company that provides opportunity and flexibility.

The TAPFIN Programme Professional will be assisting with the development of strong client relationships with all levels of management, creating high level relationships with recruiting line managers, as well as managing the day to day operational relationship with external suppliers, vendors and consultancies. The ability to plan ahead & organise both yourself and others effectively is essential as you will be required to manage daily SLAs & compliance checks; track activity; respond in a timely manager to client and supplier queries; and escalate any issues to the Programme Manager for resolution. The programme professional will have strong communication skills as you will be required to attend and host regular conference calls, WebEx’s, and in person meetings with clients and suppliers. Proficiency in MS Applications, particularly Excel, will be put to good use as you will be required to produce regular reports and deliver in a timely manner. We support a global programme; consequently the programme professional will be part of a team responsible for recruitment on behalf of the client in the UK, Italy, Hungary & France. All operational activities will be closely aligned with your US counterparts and occasional out of hours support may be required due to time-zone differences.
