Recruitment Administrator job opportunity available in the City of London for SJB Medical, a leading Healthcare Recruiter to join a busy and established team of specialists in the placement of medical professionals. This role works alongside our Delivery Recruitment team, ensuring that successfully placed candidates are fully compliant to stringent client guidelines prior to starting their new position. What we are looking for in our new Recruitment Administrator:

We are looking for a hardworking, ambitious and driven Administrator/ Coordinator/ Admin Officer with 6 months+ experience working towards tight deadlines in a fast paced environment now looking to apply their knowledge and experience to a new challenge. Existing knowledge of compliancy processes or the healthcare market would be advantageous but is not compulsory as full training is given and you will work alongside an incredibly supportive team.

Career Progression Opportunities:

At SJB Medical you can start within a Recruitment Administrator/ Compliance Administrator/ Officer position and work your way up into Management, Business Operations, or transfer across into a Recruitment position and gain exposure to Account Management, Business Development and Directorship. You can also explore opportunities within ManpowerGroup across our 9 businesses.

Remuneration:

You will receive a basic salary of between £18,000 and £20,000 depending on your experience + a quarterly bonus for meeting expectations + monthly commission. The majority of our Recruitment Administrators are earning £25,000 – £30,000 per year.

Recruitment Administrator Role Responsibilities: (full training & development will be provided)

*Providing administration support to Recruiters and Management team
*Liaising with prospective candidates advising them on the application process and handling general enquiries
*Compiling the required documentation for successful candidates’ files to ensure all documentation is complete in time and in accordance with the recruitment process
*Sourcing and verifying employment references
*Processing security forms and associated paper work
*Approving online criminal record checks
*Preparing information for contracts of employment
*Processing unsuccessful candidate files
*Assist Senior member of the team with reporting and preparation of management information
