Recruitment Administrator opportunity:
We are looking for a driven individual to join our award winning specialist recruitment team in our centre of Bristol office (BS1) which has 70 likeminded staff.
You will be aligned to an exclusive British multinational client that is listed on the London Stock Exchange and FTSE 100 Index and build your network of high calibre Engineering professionals.
You will join one of our top performers Aaron who will be your mentor and coach to ensure your success. Aaron has been promoted from Junior Recruitment Consultant to Team Lead in 2 years and has attended many of our winner’s trips including Rome, Barcelona and Miami.
Recruitment Administrator Role:
*Utilise a multitude of online resources to research, immerse in and become a true Subject Matter Expert in your chosen market
*Receiving job specifications from our British multinational client
*Proactively searching for suitable candidates using a variety of sources including hotlists, in-house database, external search engines, job boards (Reed, Jobsite, CV Library etc.), social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc.), referrals and networking
*Supporting candidates through the interview process
*Communicating with clients and candidates to “on board” candidates after placement
*Ongoing candidate and client relationship management
*Project work to support Senior Managers
Financial Rewards & Incentives:
The starting salary of a Recruitment Administrator is between £16,000 and £20,000 (depending on experience) + bonus. You will receive a £2k increase with each promotion. With your salary and bonus you could make £30,000 in your first year, £40,000 in your second year and £50,000+ in your third year. These figures are based on our current employees.

Recruitment Administrator contracted hours – Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm. You are expected to complete 37.5 hours per week. You can do more if you want – “you get out what you put in”. We do however prefer for our people to work SMART during working hours and enjoy a good work-life-balance.

*1+ years’ experience within a fast paced administration/ coordination/ recruitment, HR, personnel type role
As a Recruitment Administrator / Recruitment Coordinator you will require excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills and experience with standard Microsoft office software packages. Appropriate training on Manpower recruitment practices, processes and legislation will be provided and career progression will be tailored to the successful candidate’s skills and aspirations.
