We are currently looking for Recruitment Administrators to work out of our Bristol Branch on a FTC 6 Months.

Responsibilities:

Management and administration of new starters using various web based systems
Ensuring all compliance documentation is in place and adheres with ours and our Clients policies
Support the recruitment administration process; from advertising stage through to employment stage.

Essential Requirements:

Previous coordination and administration experience within a fast moving corporate environment
Advanced level skills with Outlook or equivalent system
Excellent planning, prioritising and organising skills
Awareness and understanding of HR/Recruitment practices
Project Support exposure/experience
Sound knowledge of, and compliance to, rules and regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work within a pressured environment whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy
Good team worker, who can work effectively independently
