Recruitment Co-ordinator/Administrator – Livingston
We are looking for a Recruitment Account Co-ordinator/Administrator to join our busy team based on our large prestigious client site in Livingston, near Edinburgh – are you an excellent confident communicator with strong MS Office skills and great attention to detail?
Experis, part of Manpower Group, is looking for a Recruitment Account Co-ordinator to provide administrative support for the end to end recruitment process for all our temporary staff on site. You need to be confident in all forms of communication with our temporary staff and the client’s managers, and dedicated to ensuring that all systems are update and accurate throughout the recruitment process.
*Accurately maintain the HR and recruitment databases
*Effectively monitor and respond to all correspondence, emails and post received ensuring actions are completed within SLAs
*Ensure all transactions carried out, are in accordance with the current legislation (Data Protection Act)
*Contact and on-board all payrollers, including explaining Experis terms and processes
*Primary point of contact for the Contractor from the first day of their assignment
*Regular communication with the contractor during their time onsite.
*Develop and maintain knowledge of individual business units through onsite meetings with Account Manager and regular catch ups with onsite workers
*Extension management and chasing for business area
*Work with Finance Teams regarding invoice queries, approvals and rate changes of temporary agency resources; purchase order management and debt control; invoice issue resolution
*Investigate oldest invoices or outliers to chase clearance and/or identify exceptions
You will be articulate and positive, capable of forging strong relationships with our contract/temporary staff and clients alike – you will be passionate about adhering to Quality processes and procedures, whilst having the ability to investigate and resolve issues.
