Recruitment Account Manager job opportunity based on client site in Morley, Leeds to take responsibility for driving all aspects of the talent relationship management process with one of our ManpowerGroup Solutions’ clients.
We are looking to identify an experienced Recruitment Professional/Recruitment Consultant/ Account Manager with a background in contact centre/high volume recruitment. As part of our on-site team you will be the first line contact for the client and take ownership for workforce planning and delivering requirements. You will support the business in attracting/sourcing full- and part-time contact centre candidates and assisting the management team in the full recruitment process, achieving agreed placement targets.
Handling both temporary and permanent recruitment, you will review applications, conduct telephone interviews and organise regular assessment centres. You will be working to SLAs and will ensure that all candidates receive a strong candidate experience, keeping them updated on the progress of their applications. You will also work with other internal teams to manage the on-boarding process through to start date.
This is a fast-paced competitive market in the area, and so you need to be aware of market trends and able to regularly communicate this information to your client. It is a fast-paced, fun, dynamic work environment, with some flexibility to work from home.
