Experis is currently seeking an experienced recruitment consultant, to join the EC recruitment division, in our flagship office in Altrincham

You will join an established team with a current head count of five, in one of the UK’s most successful staffing solution organisations. This is an excellent opportunity to grow and achieve Team Leader position through continually demonstrating your success by sourcing IT professionals to be permanently employed by Experis and work as part of our Employed Consultant Team. The ECT supports clients by offering them a cost efficient solution within the contingent recruitment market, whilst enabling clients to retain knowledge & experience by working collaboratively with Experis.

Responsibilities
*Proactive sourcing of passive and active candidates in the current market to work permanently for Experis via market mapping, head hunting, job boards, advertising, LinkedIn, internal referrals and networking
*Researching / mapping local talent pools for experienced/skilled candidates and approaching / keeping in contact with them to promote career opportunities with the company.
*Pre-screening, conducting competency based telephone interviews and first interviews face-to-face (where appropriate)
*Enhancing the company’s Employer Branding via social media, web campaigns etc.
*Involvement in employee on-boarding

Essential Skills
The successful candidate will have recruitment experience, operating within a permanent market (preferably IT) and demonstrate sourcing candidates using a variety of different methods (including headhunting).
