People Source is Unique:
What makes us unique is our culture. It’s high performing but also flexible and fun. We have a smart casual dress code, flexi-time, and an hour and a quarter lunch break. You’ll make use of that time to unwind and enjoy the break out area in our brand new waterfront office. You’ll challenge the Chairman to a race on the Sega Rally arcade, complain about the referee in FIFA on one of our PS4’s, lose a few balls in the table tennis and get beaten by Sarah at Pool. You’ll also enjoy lunch with your colleagues in our outdoor themed kitchen area with astro turf and picnic benches.
We encourage you to get away from your desk and do things together. This promotes our culture where everyone regards each other as friends. We put our people before everything else and our main aim is to be the best place to work in Bristol.
You will also recognise achievements and celebrate them. Our annual incentive trips have included Rome, Barcelona and Paris for the entire office and winners trips to Vegas, Florida, and skiing in Austria – and to keep the rest of the year exciting we have monthly incentives which have in the past included Michelin star restaurants, quad biking, surfing, spa days, diving with sharks and indoor skiing.
