Are you an experienced Data Analyst looking for a new exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, supporting a key Recruitment RPO Operations team? ManpowerGroup Solutions, part of Manpower Group, are seeking a Data Analyst to work with our prestigious client (the largest automotive manufacturer in Britain) based primarily on site in Whitley, near Coventry.

Our client is predominantly based across the Midlands with three main manufacturing sites and various satellite locations; however there is an additional Manufacturing site in Liverpool. Whilst based in Whitley, there will be occasional travel to other sites.
The Data Analyst will report to the ManpowerGroup Solutions Operations Manager dedicated to our client and will be responsible for the following:
*Interpreting data to analyse results using statistical techniques and providing ongoing performance reporting on all aspects of the recruitment process
*Measuring performance against SLAs
*Producing pipeline reports, weekly dashboards and monthly/ quarterly reviews
*Delivery of effective, clear & concise reporting, seeking creative new ways to improve reporting models for our client – including prompt response to ad hoc requests
*Weekly Dashboard reports
*Development of report presentations
*Support client Auditing
*Monthly Invoice management
*Compliance audit of all new starters
*Pipeline application analysis
*Work with our client’s HR to develop candidate demographic insight to support attraction
We are really keen to talk to you if you have previous experience of analytics for recruiting, human resources or talent acquisition within an RPO or in house recruitment environment, as well as previous experience working with Success Factors and Avature.
A strong understanding of management information and data analysis is essential. You will need a proven background using Advanced Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Key attributes for this role are a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, along with experience of working in an analytical/problem solving role delivering quality reporting to managers and clients. Finally the ability to plan, organise and prioritise your own workload and the ability to multitask are critical.
