ManpowerGroup Solutions – Recruitment Operations Manager – South

ManpowerGroup Solutions has a new, exciting opportunity to recruit a Recruitment Operations Manager within its RPO business, reporting to the Operations Director. We are seeking candidates with current, multi-contract RPO management experience to join our fast-paced, fast-growing, dynamic team!

You will play a key role in influencing the overall strategy for the RPO business, working closely with the Operations Director to develop and execute a planned strategy for growth. You will have total P&L responsibility for the business area or group of contracts that you’re responsible for, ensuring consistent profitability and growth. Therefore you need to be able to demonstrate your experience in managing P&L, pricing and cost control, with a broad understanding of RPO technologies.

As a senior leader, you will empower others by creating a clear and compelling path to success, delegating effectively to team members, whilst supporting and developing their careers within ManpowerGroup Solutions. This includes maintaining a diverse talent pipeline and succession plans.

You will have significant experience within the RPO space, managing multi-contact client relationships and have experience in managing large P&L’s. You will have led large client-focused teams delivering on client requirements.

In order to mirror the current client base for this role, you will be based in the South of the UK.
