Are you an experienced Data Administrator with the skills to work on fast-paced projects, preferably in recruitment? Are you familiar with co-ordinating recruitment campaign administration and data, including analysis and reporting, particularly in Excel?

ManpowerGroup Solutions RPO, the specialist recruitment process outsourcing division of ManpowerGroup are the market leaders in delivering outsource recruitment programmes.

The role of the Recruitment Process Coordinator is to support the operational process and delivery of ManpowerGroup Solutions outsourced recruitment programme to our clients. You will be responsible for supporting the Programme Manager in delivering a first class service across our Public Sector Resourcing business.

You will be responsible for the management of the candidate journey through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring the compliance of the recruitment process is adhered to; this includes supporting the Programme Managers and the Client with provision of data and analysis on the candidate pipeline. Working closely with internal operational delivery teams, you will ensure effective management of the Candidate Helpdesk.

As Data Management is a critical element of this role, you need to be highly competent on IT systems, and in particular, advanced Excel – but also, MS Office and Google systems. You will also work on Applicant Tracking Systems, auditing candidate pipelines for accuracy, creating interview schedules and coordinating support from Associates to run assessment centres.

Excellent communication and organisational skills are required in query management and timely resolution – you will also be responsible for direct client contact, including sharing/reviewing/presenting MI.
