We are seeking a Recruitment Process Consultant to join our busy, dynamic team based in Southampton, supporting our contract with a large prestigious global client. This team manages orders for contingent (temporary) staff from our client through all stages of the process, with a strong emphasis on managing relationships with the contracted suppliers.
All aspects of compliance within the terms of the client contract are critical to this role – you will work closely with the client to advise on this, and manage and track any necessary changes with them. Accuracy and attention to detail are also key, as you will manage data and activity against set KPIs and SLAs, and will advise the client on what needs to happen an when, using your knowledge of the process and the legal requirements to influence speed, decisions and actions. You will push back and challenge the client, ensuring that all contracts are compliant, and will take necessary steps to make changes when required.
You will have an appetite to learn and take on stretch projects to broaden your experience. You will be able to identify possible future risks and discuss with the client to determine solutions so we’re fit for the future.
