Experis Engineering are seeking a Team Leader for their Key Accounts Permanent division. This is an exciting opportunity to work with some well-known brands in the industry. You will be responsibility for expected rapid growth of key accounts while offering first class deliver to our clients. This role would suit a Senior Consultant with a proven track record looking for the next career step or an experienced Team Leader.

Recruitment Process

  • Use of Bond and Job Boards to source suitable candidates
  • Creation and maintenance of candidate records
  • Qualify candidates over the phone
  • CV formatting
  • Consistent delivery of CVs within SLAs
  • Booking and preparing candidates for interview
  • Debriefing candidates after interview
  • Salary and availability qualification and negotiation
  • Offer management
  • Ensure compliance with on-boarding process
  • Demonstrate use of social media for sourcing candidates
  • Networking with applicants to generate more referrals and leads
  • Placements made through own network, skills searches, LinkedIn and candidate lists rather than reliance on advert responses
  • Manages and closes complicated candidate objections
  • Proactively trains new and junior members of the team about best practice recruitment process
  • Uses wide ranging and innovative methods to identify, engage with, manage and negotiate with candidates
  • Provides support to more junior members of the team relating to complicated candidates objections and negotiations

Client Engagement

  • Attend recruitment plan briefings
  • Debriefing clients after interview
  • Basic understand of clients business, culture, key skills and wider business information
  • Offer management
  • Acting as Delivery POC for client, chasing CV and interview feedback
  • Qualifying vacancies and creating recruitment plans
  • Rate and skills negotiation with hiring managers
  • Ability to push back on rejected candidates with customer where required
  • Attend client meetings, support by senior team member
  • Assist with campaign management/assessment centre/advertising management/recruitment days
  • Lead Recruitment Plan meetings
  • Networking with clients for roles in other areas

Develops Subject Matter Expertise

  • Basic ability to create, maintain and develop hotlists and market maps
  • Increased market maps, candidate networks and hotlists
  • Demonstrates a good level of industry sector and Technical knowledge
  • Providing support for any Business Development activities where required
  • Demonstrates SME level industry sector knowledge and specific technical knowledge
  • Detailed and extensive market maps, hotlists and candidate networks
