Regional Manager- Wales & South West- Permanent Recruitment

The Regional Manager is responsible for Manpower’s UK brand delivery within Wales and the South West region of the UK for SMB permanent business, across all verticals within the Manpower five core markets – customer care, admin office, warehouse, manufacturing and driving and logistics – and you will be expected to maximise GP opportunity throughout your client base in each of these core areas.
You will be responsible for driving and leading your team to deliver the highest levels of performance excellence to support them in dominating their regional market. Working to agreed targets you will be accountable for managing your business in a dynamic way employing the behaviours and skills captured in the 6 fundamental building blocks that link to the Leadership Success Model and Strategic Execution Framework.
You will lead a dedicated team of Permanent consultants focused on delivering permanent placements to both national accounts and general business. Your dedicated team may be made of pure 360 consultants along with pure delivery consultants that have separate focus driving a high ROI. The region will be managed from one central office (Bristol) with your consultant team being based in Bristol and across the Region.

A “One Manpower” mind-set is critical – you will be collaborating with peers across the brands and support functions to drive successful outcomes across the wider business. You will also be directly responsible for implementing the Manpower brand strategy and ensuring alignment across your peer group developing your area of responsibility with a corporate mind-set. You will demonstrate flexibility and agility, embracing corporate initiatives and gaining support and followership from your teams, and will adopt digital recruitment strategies, ensuring your teams are using up to date and relevant channels to recruit for our clients.

Experience Required
To be considered for this role, you will have previous experience delivering recruitment solutions within the permanent market, and more specifically providing talent attraction campaigns clients previously worked with. As well as this, the successful candidate will have previously led a “business winning” recruitment team (preferably remotely based) and have a full understanding of the market that Manpower, and it’s clients currently operate in.
