Experis – Resource Business Partner

At ManpowerGroup Solutions we have an exciting opportunity for Resource Business Partners.

Accountability for all client related activity including quality of candidate delivery, contractor management, issue resolution, Management Information, account development.

Responsibilities:
Networking across the existing contractor base to maximise worker referrals.
Clear understanding of the contractor extension process and oversight of contractor
extensions and risks associated with end dates trends, re-deployment opportunities
Identification of key stakeholders and fostering of beneficial relationships to help development of client project knowledge and potential opportunities.
Vacancy qualification for all roles and responsibility for confirming feedback and interview dates against each position. In conjunction with the business owner agree the appropriate route(s) to market against skill type and job role. Where appropriate the re-defined market channel is to be adopted as required.
Ensure all vacancies post qualification are entered onto VMS and released against the defined supplier Tiers within the Tool
Introduction of Project Solutions and Employed Consultants where applicable and suitable for business needs
Hosting of monthly/quarterly supplier review meetings to measure delivery performance against their agreed SLA’s and other metrics.
Using performance MI to identifying trends, areas for improvement and implementation of best practice around service delivery and client management.
Day to Day Management of an operational playbook including stakeholder maps, financial tracking, performance data
Drive process improvements wherever possible in alignment with the agreed operating model of the account. Provide a minimum of 1 process improvement initiative per quarter.
Cultivate and build internal relationships in order to ensure successfully deliver services into the customer i.e. Legal, Marketing, Commercial Finance, Accounts, Contractor Care, Supplier Management
Weekly and Monthly review of personal Business Unit performance against contractual KPI/SLA
Must be able to balance the needs of the client as well as those of the suppliers
Management of all contractor terminations working closely with account coordinators and suppliers.
Ownership of Rate increase requests, pushing back where appropriate and working closely with CC team ensuring clear communication back to the Flex-Team
Attendance with the Account Director at Monthly and Quarterly review meetings covering performance, meetings, issues etc across assigned business units.
Act as the single point of contact with the operational Business Unit stakeholders for all new demand, resource planning and Bid work
Pro-actively works with both business stakeholders and SSC TalentCloud team to ensure appropriate population of agreed Talent Puddles aligned to business unit trends and demand.
Support supplier Management with the maintenance of supplier relationships to ensure best in class supply chain management aligned to the business needs.
Provision of Market Data, trend reports and market overview status’
Ensure compliance to rate card and identify required amendments based on reliable and accurate independant data

Willingness to go above and beyond to resolve client queries and any potential internal blockers to client satisfaction
Solid understanding of the end to end recruitment life-cycle
Conflict management and resolution
Good level of competence with MS Office
Experience of working with previous vendor management systems would be an advantage
Background in IT recruitment within consulting services or on behalf of a systems integrator would also be beneficial although not mandatory
