Senior Administrator

You will be part of a new start up division in one of the UK’s most successful staffing solution organizations. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of something new and grow organically as part of the team. This role is mainly administration based, dealing with contractual documentation, HR records, management and financial reporting. It requires someone with a methodical approach, an excellent attention to detail and robust organisational skills.


Candidate Management
*Building a strong relationship with each EC and be their point of contact for any Experis related queries
*On-boarding, and induction of all EC’s
*Off-boarding of EC’s
*Management of the re-deployment process

HR Administration
*Creating and issuing contractual documentation in line with the on-boarding & off-boarding processes.
*Updating HR systems with any employment changes in line with HR best practice.
*Ensuring each successful application is compliant in line with HR best practice and UK employment guidelines.

Monthly Reviews/Appraisals
*Diarising regular reviews with both consultant and client.
*Recording details of the review and arranging any necessary training or performance reviews as appropriate

Timesheet, Expense & Absence Monitoring
*Review weekly timesheet submittals by all Employed Consultants
*Follow up where necessary any non submittal of timesheets and resolve any issues affecting timesheet submittal.
*Recording and informing HR of any absence and hold details on file.
*Monitor all annual leave requests, tracking days requests against annual leave entitlement.
*Ensure that all billing is processed correctly
*Check and approve all expense claims and ensure they are charged back to the Client

Management Information / Reporting
*Provide regular management information/reporting to senior management on a regular basis
*Provide adhoc reporting/management information as and when requested
*Ensure all back up data is accurate and correct, liaising with the appropriate teams to ensure accuracy.
*Recording all recruitment activity ensure all data being entered is correct to ensure data integrity in the management reports.

*Ensuring that individual areas of work are serviced and covered thoroughly and efficiently.
*Carrying out all sales activities in accordance with the laid down procedures in the Quality Assurance Manual.
*Create process flow documentation
*Any other duties commensurate with the post.

Skills, knowledge and attributes
*Ability to plan/manage own time effectively.
*Able to build key relationships with colleagues from around the business.
*Experience within an administration/office based position essential
*Achievement Orientation – Must have the initiative, drive and ambition to succeed and meet/exceed targets.
*Resilient and tough minded with a positive approach.
*Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS tool set particularly MS Excel/Access
