Reporting into the Service Delivery Manager, you will be required to deliver excellent and effective operational management of contract staff on site. You will need to have outstanding organisation skills and a proven ability to deliver to tight deadlines ensuring that all work is conducted in accordance with the company’s values and standards. Knowledge of the contact centre industry is highly desirable coupled with a pro-active and resilient approach and proven experience in Disciplinary & Grievance management.
