Manpower has an excellent opportunity for an in-house Service Delivery Consultant to join an operation working for our prestigious telecommunications strategic client based primarily in Liverpool
Reporting into the Service Delivery Manager, you will be required to deliver excellent and effective operational management of contract staff on site. You will need to have outstanding organisation skills and a proven ability to deliver to tight deadlines ensuring that all work is conducted in accordance with the company’s values and standards. Knowledge of the contact centre industry is highly desirable coupled with a pro-active and resilient approach and proven experience in Disciplinary & Grievance management.
Our ideal candidate will have strong client relationship skills, ensuring all key stakeholders receive the best quality service within the contract terms/SLAs. You need to be able to demonstrate your pro-active, determined attitude and passion to succeed, and excellent organisational skills. There may be visits to other sites, and so a driver is required.
