This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader.

The Team leader for S&S over see’s the Source and Screen team who are responsible for effectively managing multiple channels of active and passive talent. They are the first point of contact for advertising vacancies following strict guidelines and legislation for international recruitment.

The S&S Team Leader will lead the continuous improvement activity of the existing programme and is also responsible for within the employment policies of Manpower Group Solutions and their clients

A S&S Team Leader will have a strong customer focus and as such they should support the client’s goals and strategy, whilst considering the service and scope of the programme

Experience Required:
* 5 years or more Recruiting/CRM experience required
* 2 years or more team management experience required
* Ability to manage multiple channels of active and passive talent,
* Experience in screening candidates in accordance to business guidelines and requirements
* Experience in proactive sourcing and networking to build talent pools
* Experienced in taking ownership and supporting the resolution of issues
* Experienced in delivering against SLA’s
* Experienced in working as part of a team of Recruiters to include off site teams

Primary functions:
Manage the S&S team and ensure they are focused and the workload is evenly spread on a day to day basis

* Effectively network across multiple channels to drive brand awareness and support the Talent Pool
* Work with the Delivery Support Manager/Attraction team to support the candidate attraction strategy
* Work to customer first principles
* Work with the RDC’s to ensure S&S are meeting all deadlines for business units

Screening and Matching Candidates
* Deliver against SLA’s.
* Undertake briefings with the RDC’s to ensure understanding of required skills of role
* Effective screen candidates in accordance with procedures as mapped out in the
recruitment process
* Develop understanding of client Acronyms and skills required to build on more effective long term matching and talent pooling
* Manage candidates questions and expectations
* Ensure work to customer first principles

Effective manage information
* Keep ATS up to date with all notes and documents as laid out in the procedural guidelines
* Work to ensure Audit results are to company standards
* Mitigate risk of incorrect data flowing to various stakeholders
