Sourcer & Screener for Future Talent
Are you an experienced Administrator available immediately for a 8 month contract interested in working in a fast-paced, dynamic team of Sourcer/Screeners dedicated to establishing/building a quality talent pool of candidates for our large prestigious automotive RPO client based in our office in Solihull?
ManpowerGroup Solutions is looking for confident, experienced Administrators, proficient and competent and passion for service delivery, provide the best candidate experience, attention to detail and collaborative team work.
The role of the screen and source specialist in Future Talent will vary according to the point in the recruitment cycle.
High volume screening of graduates’, undergraduates’ and apprentices’ applications working strictly to entry criteria and work instructions.
Scheduling of successful candidates into assessment centers; processing of decisions from assessment centers; generation of all contracts; and uploading of all candidates to background checking team.
Escalation of all ‘out of guidelines’ queries, and other anomalies, to the Recruitment Delivery Consultants (RDCs) for Graduates/Undergraduates and Apprentices, or the Recruitment Delivery Manager.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint And Google
Ability to build effective relationships with candidates and clients
Ability to prioritise, multi-task
Strong customer orientation
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to effectively respond to questions / escalations from managers, and candidates
Strong oral and written communication skills along with strong presentation skills
Ability to drive own performance
Experience working within various applicant-tracking systems (ATS)
Strong knowledge of skill sets within relevant industry
