Are you an experienced Recruitment Team Leader or Recruitment Professional looking for a new exciting role in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment TAPFIN are the market leaders in MSP – the specialist outsourcing division of Manpower Group Solutions.

TAPFIN has a requirement for a Team Leader to lead and manage a team of Consultants (Program Professionals) within the Sourcing Team which covers the procurement of contingent labour for our global IT client. This is an interim Maternity Leave role.

Using specialist skills and knowledge, the Team Leader will be responsible for the operational process and delivery of the Team within TAPFIN Managed Service Solutions to the blue chip technology client for the EMEA region spanning 14 countries.

In this fast paced environment, the Sourcing Team Leader will be responsible for overall management, coaching, compliance and performance of the Programme Professionals, ensuring team KPIs and SLAs are consistently achieved through continuous improvement and best practice.

Key Responsibilities – Team Leader
Organisation and delegation of team workload between Programme Professionals
Monthly individual team 121s to discuss and measure personal performance of team members against SLAs, coach on challenges and identify development areas to ensure team are performing within both Tapfin and Cisco expectations
Ensure effective resource planning and cross-skilling is in place, inform team of crucial updates and communicate messages from internal and external business, discuss successes and challenges and further identify support areas.
Consistently and proactively driving improvements to enhancing team performance
Involvement and leadership in project based enhancement work often collaborating with other Tapfin teams, Cisco and other MSPs and assigning tasks to Programme Professionals where appropriate
Responsible for ensuring that all transactions are managed against set process steps and budgetary guidelines whilst ensuring customer satisfaction.
Ensures compliance internally and externally at all stages of the process
Ensuring stringent and often complex compliance processes are met internally and externally at all stages of the recruitment process by self and team
Troubleshooting and escalation management
Reporting into and discussing challenges with the client and other high visibility stakeholders through planned and structured meetings on a weekly basis

Support Team in Sourcing Activities and cover in their absence where required to ensure agreed SLA and KPIs are met.

To be successful in the role, you will need to have a Recruitment background with experience of candidate management and placing workers into roles. Also a passion for motivating a team to deliver tasks and providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. You will need to have a creative approach to problem solving and be comfortable working with both bespoke and generic software packages. You will also need to have a high level of attention to detail and be confident in a customer facing environment.
