PSL Management

  • Bi-Annual or annual supplier reviews

o Help with identifying skills gap in current PSL and finding new suppliers if required

  • Maintain PSL

o Keep updated with relevant contact details and skillset

o Evaluate suppliers and commitment to CTS

o Keep them engaged and informed on CTS processes

o Brief new PSL suppliers on the CTS process / legal requirements for CTS submissions

Role Management/Coordination

Job Spec/Role Releases

o Release roles the the relevant areas of the PSL

o Update PSL on any changes to role release specs/rates/job status

  • Log new role on RAG
  • Keep specs up-to-date
  • Answer question of suppliers on role status / candidate feedback from PLS suppliers by phone or email

CV Management

  • Check and submit PSL submitted CVs

o Correct spelling, formatting if/where needed

o Change pay to charge rates

  • Submit CVs to Neelo
  • Log CV on RAG


  • Receive & book interview requests
  • Managing interview feedback from both supplier
  • Log interviews & feedback on RAG


  • Make offers to suppliers
  • Log offers on RAG


  • Daily updates on RAG report (new roles, CV submissions, feedback, interviews, offers, closed roles)
  • Weekly RAG reports for all active PSL suppliers
