Supplier Recruitment Coordinator

23-27k dependant on experience

As Supplier Manager, the main focus of the role is managing and coordinating the end-to-end supply chain. This includes supplier selection per vacancy, engagement, on-going service delivery and performance management. In particular the successful applicant will work closely with the Client and on-site teams to ensure the Experis Supply chain is able to support the overall business strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Issuing vacancies, hosting Supplier briefings, communicating Client requirements and acting as single point of contact for all Suppliers.
  • Developing and agreeing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with suppliers, ensuring that performance is monitored and maintained in accordance with them and implementing Service Improvement Plans (SIPs) where appropriate
  • Identifying and driving out inefficiencies in the supply chain through proactive management of suppliers, ensuring quality of service is maintained by addressing quality issues as they are identified
  • Working with the Supplier Governance & Helpdesk Manager to identify, negotiate with and sign- up new suppliers as well as tracking and recording all supplier activity within your specific allocated Clients.
  • Monitoring third party suppliers through benchmarking and tracking of KPIs and success criteria to ensure appropriate reporting is achieved on a monthly basis to senior management
  • Maximise output from the suppliers, gathering useful market information, and feeding back to Clients/Account Managers where appropriate
  • Arranging monthly/quarterly performance reviews with Suppliers to feedback on performance
