Talent Acquisition Partner – London – £40K – £50K + OTE
Provide proactive recruitment leadership and support to an aligned business unit. The position will act as “Recruitment Partner / Recruitment Manager” and provide hands-on full life cycle recruitment for internal client groups with high volume recruitment needs. Drive sourcing, assessment, and recruit candidates for permanent and contract openings at all levels for the UK&I. Develop and implement innovative and cost effective recruiting strategies for positions.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
Extensive recruitment experience with a track record of success in a medium/high volume, fast paced corporate environment.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills
Experience in managing the end to end recruitment process whilst managing expectations effectively.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality.
Excellent Partnership and Coaching skills, forging great partnerships and building capabilities through coaching (eg. Sourcing capabilities, Interview coaching)
Ability to adapt to volumes of workload and pace: deal with high vacancy numbers without compromising candidate quality or an effective and timely service to the business

Commercially minded, understanding the business needs and factoring this in to decision making
Must be a self-starter, strong team player; and organized
