This will be an interactive day, in which a small number of aspiring Trainee Recruitment Consultants will be introduced to Manpower. You will meet myself (Stef Walters Talent Acquisition Manager) and Justin (Regional Manager for the South West), you will meet some of our Bristol team, you will be shown round our offices and you will be given a great overview of our business and provided with information on what we can offer you including the learning & development; where you can take you career; how much money you can earn; what rewards & incentives are on offer; what you can achieve and how we will fully support you in order to be incredibly successful

Our Trainee Recruitment Consultant Opportunity:

With a new focus on Permanent Recruitment across the South West of England we have just appointed a new Regional Manager Justin who will be growing a team of Specialist Permanent Consultants who will each be aligned to their own market.

By this time next year the team will have grown to 20 with further expansion planned giving you plenty of opportunity to progress into Senior Management.

You will sit in our colourful office with our Temp Consultants and contribute towards our enjoyable, supportive and fun environment. We are looking for someone who wants an opportunity to advance up the career ladder, work with some of the top brands in the UK market, and gain exposure to a major corporate brand and the professional and personal benefits that come with that.

You can focus on one of our Famous Five markets which includes Commercial Office, Contact Centre, Industrial, Driving & Logistics or Manufacturing & Technical OR, you can bring your own expertise and lead the expansion of a new market – either way we’re there to support and guide you, with warm connections and candidates on our vast internal database.

Candidate Criteria:

We’re looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants, so don’t worry if you’re not able to showcase any previous recruitment experience. What’s more important to us is that you’re able to demonstrate customer service and sales skills with a real drive to succeed. For us, personality is key.
