What we can offer you as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant with Experis:


As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Experis you can take advantage of the platform, support & development opportunities that we offer and expect to take home £25,000 to £30,000 in your 1st year, £35,000 to £45,000 in your 2nd year and £50k+ in your 3rd year.

We offer an individual & uncapped commission scheme with no threshold allowing you to earn bonus from day one on each and every placement that you make.

£16,000 – £20,000 basic salary (depending on experience) + commission + annual bonus

We also offer small incentives such as bottles of fizz, team nights out, additional annual leave, experience days, social events and £££ vouchers, to larger incentives such as award ceremonies, holidays abroad (Rome, USA, South Africa, Amsterdam, Barcelona etc.), Michelin Star lunches with our MD & Directors and much more.


As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant with Experis you will join our office of 70 and contribute towards our enjoyable, supportive, hardworking and fun environment.

Contracted hours – Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm. You are expected to complete 37.5 hours per week. You can do more if you want – “you get out what you put in”. We do however prefer for our people to work SMART during working hours and enjoy a good work-life-balance.

We are looking for 5 charismatic and driven individuals to join our award winning specialist recruitment team in our centre of Bristol office (BS1) which has 70 likeminded staff.

Due to a new large agreement with a £22 billion client we are building a new team of Specialist Recruitment Consultants who will be supported, developed and led by our highly experienced and successful Principal Recruitment Consultants and Leadership Team. You will be aligned to working with this major blue chip client and deliver high calibre Engineering & IT candidates.

Our Trainee Recruitment Consultant Role:

You will be responsible for building relationships and placing talent into our existing clients across the UK. You will be required to: Pro-actively identify, attract, and engage top talent for your clients via job boards, networking & social media and take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process including managing the interview and offer process.

Candidate Criteria:

*A graduate or someone who holds an equivalent academic qualification OR
*A proven track record in sales or customer service (e.g. Recruitment, B2C, B2B, telesales, estate agency, insurance, call centre)
*Competitive – enjoys healthy competition and striving to be the best
*Self-motivated, determined, tenacious, ambitious – thirsty for success
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
