As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Experis you can take advantage of the platform and support that we offer and expect to take home £25,000 to £30,000 in your 1st year, £35,000 to £45,000 in your 2nd year and £50k+ in your 3rd year.

£18,000 – £20,000 basic salary + uncapped commission + annual bonus + an extensive number of incentives including holidays to Miami, New York, South Africa, Rome & Amsterdam.

We are looking for charismatic and driven individuals to join Matt, Angharad, Rosie, James, Aaron, Becca, Paul, James, Nikita, Mike, Claire, Sophie & Tom who make up our award winning specialist recruitment team in our centre of Bristol office (BS1) which has 70 likeminded staff.

The Trainee Recruitment Consultant Role:

You will be responsible for building relationships and placing talent with our existing clients across the UK meaning that you will start earning bonus from day one. You will be required to: Pro-actively identify, attract, and engage top talent for your clients via job boards, networking & social media; Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process including managing the interview and offer process; Promote your clients and candidates and make the correct match ensuring you are placing candidates into the right positions; Build and nurture strong long-term relationships with your clients & candidates to ensure future business and maximise the number of placements made; Build your reputation as a true Subject Matter Expert and our strong reputation within the market as the #1 Global Leader in Professional Resourcing & Workforce Solutions.

*A proven track record in sales or customer service (e.g. B2C, B2B, telesales, estate agency, insurance, call centre)
