As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant within Experis Specialist Markets, you’ll be part of an agile, dynamic and tenacious office of salespeople providing top, trusted IT staffing solutions across Scotland.
-Actively make outbound calls to secure clients and sell your services as a specialist recruiter.
-Conduct and organise face-to-face meetings with clients
-Chart your successes, your leads and all relevant data
-Interview and qualify candidates pulled from a number of lucrative sources to place business with your own clients and develop your own reputation within the industry

Who are we looking for?
Our ideal Trainee Recruitment Consultant will have –
-Degree in any principal (relevant business studies are preferred)
-Proven sales experience; B2B, telesales. Experience in a sales office environment
-At least 6 months in current employ and a good track record of commitment
-Sporting or competitive background is a bonus
-Excellent telephone manner and presence
