The Role
*As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer you will combine using various strategies to find candidates for live roles with our clients (Job Boards, Advertising, Databases, Social Media etc) and screen eligible candidates in line with the client’s expectations
*Assisting the Recruitment Team with management of the full Recruitment Process – prepping candidates for interview, negotiating rate / salary and managing offer stage.
*Build up a network of candidates in the industry, arrange meetings and explore current market trends.

The Right Person:

*A Graduate Degree (or equivalent calibre)
*At least 6 months in current employ / commercial experience and a good track record of commitment.
*Experience in a Recruitment environment is a plus but not essential
*You will be eager to learn, comfortable talking to people and selling an opportunity based on a person’s requirements.
*Ambition and drive are the key differentiators in this industry; if you see it as possible; you will achieve it and work hard to get there.
