As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Experis you can take advantage of the platform and support that we offer and expect to take home £30,000 to £35,000 in your 1st year, £45,000 to £50,000 in your 2nd year and £75,000 – £100,000+ in your 3rd year. Many of our Recruitment Consultants have achieved this including Mike, Chris, Claire, James, Joe, Michelle, Stuart, Jack, & Sam.

£18,000 – £20,000 basic salary + car allowance from £4,410 per year + uncapped commission up to 45% + annual bonus up to £5,000 + an extensive number of incentives including holidays to Miami, New York, South Africa & Amsterdam.

Due to a successful 2016 we are growing and looking to invest in a new Trainee Recruitment Consultant. We are looking for a charismatic and driven individual to join Jack, Claire, Jay, Seb & Josh who make up one of our highly successful specialist recruitment teams in our centre of Bristol office (BS1) which has 70 likeminded staff.

Experis Specialist Markets is our niche specialist division where each Trainee Recruitment Consultant is immersed in their own vertical specialism in an interesting technology or sector within a geographical remit. Our Consultants are Subject Matter Experts and develop and retain strong working relationships with the top 10% of talent in their market.

The Trainee Recruitment Consultant Role: (we will provide you with the training, mentoring, coaching and guidance to be successful)

You will be responsible for developing your business by building relationships with new and existing clients across the UK. You will be required to: Pro-actively identify, attract, engage, assess and secure top talent for your clients via job board, networking & social media; Promote your clients and candidates and make the correct match ensuring you are placing candidates into the right opportunities; Build and nurture strong relationships to ensure future business and maximise the number of placements made; Build your reputation as a true Subject Matter Expert and our strong reputation within the market as the #1 Global Leader in Professional Resourcing & Workforce Solutions.
