We are offering an opportunity to work with our existing clients and a team of experienced Recruitment Consultants who will coach and develop you into a highly successful Specialist Recruiter.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Manpower you will become part of a growing, ambitious company during an exciting time of change. Our team Manager Sarah Hornidge started as an Associate Consultant in 2011 and is now the Regional Manager for the South West of England. You will join a very experienced team in Bristol, who are close-knit and almost like ‘family’ where they celebrate birthdays together, have rewards through team incentives in addition to bonus, and regularly meet after work for meals and drinks.

We are looking to expand our team of Recruitment Consultants who specialise in recruitment across five key markets; Warehouse, Driving & Logistics, Manufacturing, Contact Centre and Office Support.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant with Manpower, you will come in and learn our trade. You will get to know one of our famous offerings within a local or national market. You will specialise in fast paced temporary staffing and develop relationships with our existing clients. You will work with them to identify the best staff for their businesses, building relationships with current and future candidates. Using social media and other methods, you will keep in touch with and network around those candidate pools on a regular basis, ensuring Manpower are the talent destination of choice within their chosen markets.

Candidate Criteria:

*A university graduate or someone who holds an equivalent academic qualification OR
*A proven track record in sales or customer service (e.g. B2C, B2B, telesales, estate agency, insurance, call centre, retail etc.)
*A proven track record in Recruitment Administration/ Recruitment Coordination
*Sporty or simply crazy-competitive
*Self-motivated, determined, tenacious, ambitious – thirsty for success
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*Used to working in a very fast paced environment
*And most of all, committed to succeed in a business environment
