The Training Support Administrator will be involved in key tasks such as registering and ordering the relevant exams for the courses held at the RTC and in the regions and demonstrate a high standard of customer service by assisting Service Personnel on matters relating to our resettlement courses either on site or by phone.
There is an option to work part-time or job sharing for the suitable candidate.
The Training Support Administrator will contribute to marketing of the CTP training courses.
Responsible for answering telephone/face to face enquiries relating to courses and general resettlement matters, giving advice where necessary.
Responsible for taking payment for books and exams with either cash or card and recording the transaction accurately.
Responsible for the issue of receipts.
Responsible for the control of the course registers, dealing with any absentees.
Responsible in maintaining the filing of the course and exam paperwork.
Responsible for the security of exam papers.
Responsible for the security of the PDQ machines and card receipts.
Responsible for the checking and dispatching of exam certificates.
Responsible for and arranging the exam invigilation.
Responsible for the opening and distribution of incoming mail.
Responsible for ensuring course posters are up to date to assist with marketing to promote CTP courses.
Responsible for the chasing of courses to keep the loading as full as possible.
Responsible for preparing the end of month standby documentation for TESRR.
Responsible for sending the CF nominal rolls to TESRR.
Responsible for all course documentation being ready for the first day of a course.
Responsible for undertaking any other tasks which may reasonably be requested by the Course Co-ordinator/ RTC Admin Manager/Operations Manager/DoT
