The role includes
Providing advice and guidance on best practise, yet commercially sound
HR and Employee Relations matters Including, Litigation, Disputes, Grievances
Influencing stakeholders whilst delivering a complementary HR agenda.
Manging your time and workload effectively
Working as a part of the wider HR Business Partner team the role will also include supporting stakeholders to achieve their business objectives through strategic planning, change management, succession planning and working in partnership with Talent, development of Managers and teams.

Experience required:- Min of 2 years agency, RPO or inhouse end to end recruitment experience- Proven capability sourcing niche skills across Tech, Finance or Corporate functions.- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
